You didn't mention which model of the 9-3 you're driving, and I can't say for sure without running some calculations, but you shouldn't be drag limited at 134. I presume you're hitting Saab's electronic limiter. I've been told (though I haven't verified it) that it's 137 on my '01 SE.

Was your tach maxed out? What size tires/wheels and how much air pressure?

If I were you, I'd be making damn sure I had the right tires and pressure before I did any more high end speed testing, particularly if you disable the electronic limiter (ask performance BB how to do so...I can't say for sure it's easily possible). Also be plenty certain the road is nice and smooth and that there are no animals or other vehicles around. If not, more than your pride (and your legal freedom) is at stake my friend.
