Where to get decent winter tires

After confirm that my Pirelli P6000s are no good for snow (Thanks guys!), and after a little reading, I've decided on either Dunlop WinterSport M2 (or otherwise referred to as Sport M2?) and the Toyo Garit.
Any idea where I can buy these cheap? I find a place call tiretrend.com and they seem to cheaper than tirerack.com if I buy in Canada! (I can buy in US or Canada in native currency via mail order or in store..)
Any recommendations on where I can get the above tires?
Any recommendations tires that may be better?
I'm looking for tires that decent in snow, but more importantly, must be decent in non-snow conditions. (dry, slightly wet roads), and it must not be too noisy.
Reviews here say that the Dunlop WinterSport is H-speed rated, and is quieter than stock Michelin MX4 on dry roads(whatever goes on the 9-5). Porche, MB, Audi offically recommends the Dunlop.
The Toyo looks to be similar, at about the same price.
