OK Guys, You are confusing Hoagie Max there.
First, 1st gear is limited to 184ft/lb torque and NOT over 200 ft/lb.
Second, is not about the Viggen Rescue Kit(VRK), tires, Suspension or Traction control(no TC for 1999 model), the wheels will spin if not driven carfully no matter what you do, even rear wheel drive cars do.
The fact is, more torque will induce more wheel spin. Good tires will help a little, but trust me not much. I have 225 Proxy T1s on my Viggen and lowered suspension and it can spin. The trick I find that helps to get better off the line speed is to take 1st gear close to 6000RPM and smooth transition to 2nd (lots of practice) by the time you're at 5500rpm in 2nd you should be doing close to 60mph which is fast for the streets and once youre in 3rd is home free.
Trust me I have taken on a few fast cars and the Viggne is not too shabby.
Good luck and have fun.
