AAA is terrible too. My 900 broke down over the summer in D.C. driving down to North Carolina from New York. The reps were sooo bad. It was awful. The freindly voice I needed to hear on the other end of the phone yelled at me because I didn't know the EXACT address of the gas station. It didn't matter that I was at a major interchange off I-95. On top of this the tow driver, who was very nice, drove me around our nation's capital for an hour and a half beacuse he nor anyone else new of a Saab dealer in the area...there are 2 or 3. The worst part is that no one bothered to tell me this fact when I was near a phone. Here I am completely at the mercy of this driver and his posse.

Good luck and keep us all posted on the car.
