From my nine years of experience on having a spare car myself that I only put 1900 miles per year on it, definitely change the oil based on time. The oil will definitely absorb moisture from sitting so long. Also, you may want to buy one of those smart battery chargers designed for cars in long-term storage. It definitely keeps the battery from draining while sitting for an extended period. I did not have any problems with my tires staying in one place for so long even though others suggested that I keep the car up in blocks. Tires now are able to eliminate the flat spot provided you drive them for a few miles to warm up the tires. Just make sure to use tire dressing regularly to keep the tires from aging. I still have the tires that I bought nine years ago on the car and they still look brand new to this day. Lastly, you may want to purchase a car cover to protect the car. It definitely keeps your car cleaner longer and retain the look of the factory paint. Hope this helps.
