That's the nutty thing about intermittent problems. Why won't it EVER screw up while the mechanic is watching?
Is there ANYTHING different about where the dealer parks? Like maybe indoors (warmer) or under some kind of roof (dry)?? Clear sky when its parked at home, so there was heavier dew that night? Does it sound like I'm grasping for ideas??
Something sticking, whether its a synchro cone or a reverse shift fork, sounds like a lubrication problem. Has the dealer (or yourself?) checked the level of tranny oil? I'm kind of watching for jimmy to post more of his information. Were some transmissions filled with the wrong kind of oil?
