If you have the funds I would recommend doing all four.
Keep the newest Pirelli in a safe spot in the garage in case one of the Sumitomo's gets damaged (better to have a full size tire mounted than hobble around on the compact spare if you cannot get the tire replaced quickly).
If you do not and can only do two I would recommend putting the Pirelli's on the rear and the new Sumi's up front.
You will inevitably get a ton of opinions on this but bear in mind with a torque happy turbo motor driving the front wheels it typically pays to have the better rubber up front.
If you drive aggressively and a performance nut you probably will notice a difference in the handling with a mis-matched set of tires.
