In truth, between the actual paint and bake date, full assembly, factory prep, delivery port, the boat ride, destination port, port prep, dealer delivery and dealer prep...it has already been long enough for the paint to cure. I wouldn't worry about it in the US or Canada. Unless you took delivery right from the truck, chances are your car has been washed a few times by the dealership already.
Use a mild natural bristle brush, mitt or white US-made towels and non-alkaline car soap with lots of clear water. Start at the top of the car and work down...or from the cleanest part to the dirtiest part. Don't wipe in circles, use an up and down motion on the sides and a front to back motion on the tops with very little pressure. Use 2 buckets...one with soapy water in it and one with clear water in it. Dunk brush, mitt, towel in soapy water, use on car, rinse in clear water...repeat. Take the nozzle off of the hose for final rinse. Let the water flow over the car, sheeting the water off. Blot dry with a clean, white 100% cotton terry towel, then give it a spritz and wipe with your favorite waterless detailer (Z6, Final Inspection, etc).
Wheels and tires should be done first with totally seperate buckets and tools.
