Sorry to hear it, same thing happened to me! First time was my front tire. After a lot of pulling/WD-40/mallet from behind, what finally did it was wedging, of all things, a steak knife between the wheel and center post (sorry can't think of the technical term). I had tried lowering and driving the car w/ no lugs, but didn't work.
After it came off the inside had oxidized "crud" solidified all around the hub. Later when the dealer told me I needed to straighten my wheels (3-bent) I just decided to get new ones. To get the old ones off (ALREADY bent) I literally had to pound them off from behind w/ a full-sized sledge hammer. (The steak knife trick didn't work on the back wheels.) It took about 5-8 big hits for each wheel. I wouldn't recommend doing this to wheels you plan on keeping though. Good luck though, you have my sympathy!
