The filter is pretty easy. The torx screw is undone with one of the drivers that are in the storage compartment where your spare tire is. I think it's the biggest one. For the fuel filter I used an adjustable crescent wrench and then I think 19mm and 17mm open-ended wrenches, although you might need a 21mm as well. With those tools, it's pretty straightforward. Just undo the bolts and loosen the bracket holding the filter, take out the old one and reverse the process with the new filter in.
I've never messed with the injectors on my 9-3, but if they're anything like the injectors on older Saabs they should be extremely easy to replace.
