'99 SE HOT, 56500 miles.

Its never left me stranded but has suffered the following:

- APC controller (limited boost)
- ACC controller (super wild fan operation)
- Blower fan (replaced with ACC, squeaky operation)
- Odometer PC board (failed display)
- Rear wiper washer pump (no workee)
- SID (lost pixels)
- Stereo (overheated and failed to read CDs)
- Driver's seat repair (kept popping fuses)
- Passenger's seat control trim replacement (broke off while adjusting)
- Moonroof sunshade (discolored at some time with moisture)

Still suffering from 3-4th gear synchro troubles ("bang drive" phenomenon) and a howling clutch.

Is it a good car? You bet. I truly believe the majority of my maintenance comes from the former owner that did not properly care for the car. As I noted, never left me stranded and puts a smile on my face every time I get a chance to light the turbo. Fantastic value as a used vehicle for the fun, versatility and reliability.

Stick with a good normal maintenance schedule and I think you'll have no worries!
