The new exhaust is definitely freer flowing than stock. It has no middle muffler. Now, also getting a new downpipe/cat would free up the exhaust even better. But, the sport exhaust is still a good improvement over stock, and it sounds great. And, its stainless steel and will last forver...lifetime warranty from SAAB.
