01 93SE STALLED after going thru puddle .. HELP !

I hit a puddle of water about 4" deep and the car stalled. To add insult to injury, when the engine stalled I got it into a deeper water about 6-8" of water trying to stay out of the intersection :-((
I tried to restart the car but it will not turn over. My biggest concern is water into the engine block (thru the air intake ?????) .. Did I get the alternator/starter wet ?? All the electrical stuff looks ok .. I assume in my case warranty will not cover any of these :-(((
Please advice.
