I was driving to lunch yesterday, when the car started hesitating (misfiring??) during normal driving. The check engine light started flashing (it has been on for the last year since I had the JT downpipe installed without the 2nd o2 sensor). I pulled over turned off the car - restarted and all was well.

Today going to work it began to idle roughly at a stop light, surging to 2100RPM then falling to 600RPM.

Has anyone braved these waters before?

I have pretty far drive to make on Friday, but worry it may turn into a short drive and a really long walk.
