I've spanned through some of the past postings about using high octane (93 or better), and with my recent "testing" i have to say i honestly did not notice any difference in how much boost i get or gas mileage or really aything, other than a lighter wallet. I'm driving a '99 9-3 with the basic 185 motor, very recent 60k tuneup/oil change etc. Would it because of this and that you would notice the difference more with a car that has considerable miles since the major tune up?
