You definitely have more choices if you order online, but you don't get to feel the merchandise if you do that. Most of the custom wheel shops in Atlanta cater to either U.S. muscle cars, SUVs (so f'in ridiculous) or rice-burners. I couldn't even find a shop that carried BBS, let alone the proper offsets to fit on a SAAB. Having had a bad experience with the Viggen wheels being so soft I wanted a name brand that had enough user reviews that I could feel I wasn't buying more silly putty wheels. Made the dealer package a pretty easy choice.
I will say that the ride comfort of my car has improved greatly, even with 40psi front and 38psi rear (protecting my investment). I can't say if that's the new tires or new STRAIGHT wheels, but I believe it's the wheels. A lot of the rough ride in the Viggen I can now attribute to the fact that 3 of my wheels were bent. Car is smooth as silk on decent roads. I do find myself driving more slowly on unknown roads and taking it more easy over bumps.
