For your "almost all hwy miles" the 7's are the preferred plug. Long hauls & heavy engine loads favor the lower heat range. The 6's would be preferred for short-trip, stop&go, city-type driving, as the slight heat-range increase would give more complete combustion under these less-than-optimal engine conditions.
As for the other stuff to be done on your 30k svc, check the manual. There's a bunch of stuff due on this "major svc" interval, including brake fluid & coolant flushes. Oh, & your cabin air filter should've been changed at the 20k svc.
