There's a town in Washington state called Concrete that was started by the concrete industry. Back in its heyday, the cement dust from all of the plants was so thick that the companies gave their employees little vials of acid to wash the dust off of their cars. Personally, I'd rather not have acid on my car's paint, but today's finishes are so tough that I'm sure a diluted solution wouldn't hurt anything, especially it was waxed.
