What are the bushings that come with the KIC brace?

So I just had my steering rack replaced in an attempt to solve my wheel "clunk" when turning rapidly from l/r while parking. Seems to have improved the condition, but I haven't thoroughly tested.
I was inspecting the job today, wondering if they replaced the rubber bushing. No luck. But I also noticed two other rubber bushings in the middle of the rack. They attach the "arms" to the rack itself. I'm not sure what the "arms" really are ... but they're the long metal rods that go from the brace out into the wheel well.
Does anyone make replacements for these? It seems as though they would be a very logical (and seemingly easy) replacement. I mean, rubber in that location would seem to be a major cause of the rubbery feel the 9-3s have. I mean, I can jiggle my wheel back and forth while parked. It feels like it's connected to a large rubber stopper.
So I'm wondering if the KIC bushings are precisely this?
Thanks,
Nemo
