Questions before buying used 9-3.

Okay, I think I found my car. 1999 9-3 convertible with 40K miles. The car just had its 40K service and warranty just expired.
Please help me to keep from buying a money pit.
1. The seller has provided me with invoices for work done under warranty, but they appear somewhat incomplete. I'm wondering if Saab will provide me with complete records of all Saab work done on this car before I actually own it?
2. How are the turbos on these cars? Should I be concerned? The car is at the dealer right now getting a prepurchase inspection. However, they told me they don't "pressure test" the turbo. I'm not quite sure what this means or if it is necessary. Should I pay to have it done? If so, how much does it cost?
3. The seller tell me not to worry about turbo because its covered 7/70 due to California emissions law. Is this a true bullet proof warranty? Can a turbo fail but still pass emmissions? In other word, is there any scenario in which the turbo will need to be replaced prior to 7/70 and not be covered by Saab?
4.How are the tops on these cars? Anything (other than the obvious) to look out for?
5. Anything other common problems I should look out for?
Boy, I'm really excited about this car. The seller has a good reputation and appears to be acting in good faith, but I'm a suspicious person by nature. Especially when it comes to used cars!
Thanks for any help you can provide.
