Other than alignment, there are several possiblities. I agree with Dean. Check your pressures. Uneven pressure results in differing roling diameters. Also some tires are prone developing differing rolling resistance or diameters as they age. Some Michlins and the Dunlop 2000s both have this tendency. Also road camber will cause some pull in the down hill direction. Too much tow in seems to make this worse, or more tow in on one wheel than the other. This results in caster steer when you uncenter the wheel to ofset the uneven tow. The steering rack must be centered at alignment or the wheels must be aligned relative to the car center line to prevent this. For some reason the 9-3 is more prone to this pulling than many cars. This is not torque steer.
