The CPO Experience

I've had a '99 9-3 5-dr CPO for 4 months now. I've been back to the dealer 3 times for the following replacements/repairs:
-front struts (their fix for the cold weather crunching)
-antenna (for poor AM reception)
-key fob (lock button stopped working)
-rear wiper arm loose (tightened nut - I already did that twice)
-front muffler (pipe broke loose at front of muffler)
-pass seat cover (for broken elastic on pocket)
-driver's seat cushion (outboard side seemed to have collapsed
-radio (2nd visit for poor AM reception)
The dealer couldn't duplicate or reported the following items normal:
-heater control erratic/springs back
-warm air from outboard vents w/temp on min
-AC can't keep up with 80 deg weather(took it in for service on a cool day)
-puff of steam from front grill after 5 min drive
I'm developing a list for my next visit:
-AM radio reception still terrible
-clunk from front suspension when braking in reverse
-rear wiper sounds like a blender
-creaking/squeeking sounds from driver's seat back
Admittedly, I did not go over the car with a fine tooth comb before purchasing. I had prior good experience with this dealer and the salesman touted (at great length) the careful screening before a car is accepted for the CPO program. This car still has over 2 years and 50K warranty coverage remaining, so I should be OK.
Is my experience typical for this model or should I chalk it up to a hopefully short term run of bad luck?
