I had the best experience I could ever hope for using an auto transport. I bought a 9-3 from a dealer in Fla. on the Friday of the Daytona 500. He was, of course, located IN Daytona. The dealer had a load of cars being dropped off so he coordinated with the trucking company to drop the new cars off at the lot and load mine up. Then the truck that was scheduled to bring my car to me met the original trucker someplace along I-95 (away from Daytona) to exchange the cars. That was Friday night.

Saturday night the guy calls me on his cellphone to say he would be here Sunday afternoon. (I thought he was joking.)

Unfortunately, a massive snow storm hit from Kentucky to Massachusetts and he was stuck south of Cincinnati for an entire day. He eventually dropped the car off to me at 8:00 am Tuesday morning. He called me at least half a dozen times to give me updates and to apologize for the delay. I know how much snow we got (a lot for central ohio, 18-25") so I knew what he'd been dealing with. Cost was $375 cash.

I was amazed at the level of service I received from Florida A-Fasthaul,Incorporated, dba Dale's Transport.
