Hi Jeff,
Since you've already installed the MBC, the first thing I'd recommend is re-orienting your Bosch valve so that pressure (from the IC) is going into the bottom port of the valve instead of the side port. This may delay your need to upgrade this part. Like Dean said, if it's not making noise (or losing boost), then there's no need to replace it. And, like Lutfisk said, this valve is automatically (vacuum) controlled, not manually controlled.
The Forge models you want to consider are either the FMDVS007P or the FMDVR. The differences are explained in the links below. (The link I've listed is the second of two posts, & the first post is linked inside of that one.) I've spent a bit of time using both valves, so let me know if I can answer any specific questions on them.
