...it seems Goldwing was prompt with their service and sent me out a new amp the day I called stating that my original one was defective. It seems the morons at UPS read the address wrong and delivered it to the wrong house on my street (this happens alot). Usually those neighbors are good at getting packages back to me, but I bet the were away for the holiday weekend. I should get the package from them today.
So, if I complained about Goldwing's service being slow, I take that all back. Their service was good, and it was the morons at UPS who dropped the ball. The UPS service woman said "The adress is marked as 322.....and we have record of it being delivered to 332". Don't ya think a redlight should have went off there?
Anyway, Kudos to Goldwing. The blame is on UPS.
