Hi Max,
A few things come to mind -
First, I didn't see the exact bolt pattern and bore for the Saab - they may be providing some funky adapter with "thin" bolts.
Second, Will these wheels be any stronger than the original Viggen's? The strongest designs tend to be multispoke. Check out ASA (Tire Rack) for a reasonably priced wheel (Korean made to BBS specs/licensure). Otherwise, I would stick with BBS, OZ or Ronal as they have a dull TUV rating. When I used t own Preludes, a friend of mine went with Enkies and they folded like tin.
Third, 7" width may seem too narrow in your wheel wheels - 7.5-8.0" will fill the wheel wells nicely.
