Well, mine's a base, not an SE. Just had to clarify that before I say something dumb...
There IS a cable. The drive-by-wire is all right alongside the 'throttle-body'. With the engine turned off, you can turn the cable-drum & the actual throttle doesn't open. At 32k miles ours is still really clean, so I haven't had to clean it out.
I'd be interested to know for sure, but... I think you can push the throttle plate open with your fingers without damaging it. That would be my method to clean it out.
