I think that the motorized throttle body (MTB) is as fault or how it is controlled. There are a number of these that have infant mortality.
But a study of the VAC lines and air intake ducts down stream of the MAF is in order as well. Check that the TB and intake manifold are mounted tight by yanking on them a bit. Air leaks have more effects at high manifold pressures -ve or +ve.
The DI could be a fault too. If the engine is mis-firing, the cat can de destroyed reacting the unburnt AF mixture. That should lead to CELs if that happens.
Suggest that the dealer let you try their test DI and if that does not help suggest that they have to start replacing things the same way that they would if you were paying out of your pocket.
Take some time to study the hoses and ducts yourself, a good time to get familiar with things.
