...Mid-West US because they farm out all of their body work (Aristocrat Motors -- MB, Rover, Jag, Saab, Porsche). I've used the same body shop twice on my previous vehicle and once on my current 2000 9-3 SE. FYI, the wife took it out after only having it for 2 weeks and allowed it to get hailed on. Needed a new hood, tons of dimples removed, new hatch, misc. rubber strips replaced, and repainted sections of body. I've always been happy with the work of the shop, and they are an "approved" shop with my insurance (Farmers), so they handle all of the paperwork, rental car, etc. Work is guaranteed for as long as I own the car.
Basically, find any shop that your insurance approves of that also makes you feel comfortable. IMHO I'd advise you to look for somewhere else based on what you felt about your current shop.
Hope this helps -- just my $0.02 worth.
