Take it to a dealer, but not necessarilty the first one you check with. I took a Nissan back to the original dealer for serious repairs and body work after hitting a deer, and the paint they applied faded and peeled off three years later. The dealer did a great job with the mechanicals, but their body shop was horrible. To make it worse, they wouldn't stand behind their work after only three years.
Find a Saab dealer that has a very good body shop. Look at cars that they are repairing now, and ask about the brand of paint they use. I recommend Glasurit paint. It is pretty high end paint, and carries a lifetime guarantee from the manufacturer if applied at a certified facility (I think it pro-rates after 5 years, check on that). I had a honda repaired with Glasurit paint 4 years ago and I still can't tell where they did the work.
Good luck.
