My 1999 93SE fogs only switch on when light switch in position 3 (fogs on with low beams only, fogs off with hi beams). Dealer will not/cannot reprogram (Federal/State Law)?? They also said chip for Saabs shipped to USA not enabled for "Rest of the World" so Tech II cannot even be used to do this.
I want to have fogs on independent of headlights (also would like to have option for only parking lights on while under way)
I know European Saabs can be set up this way. Anyone have any experience with this, anyone look at connections on main light switch wiring, anyway to get the lights as described above?
