I have two car seats in the back of mine. Works fine. It's not as comfortble as our 9-5 Aero and not as roomy but it works just fine. My son actually likes taking my 9-3 instead of the Aero because the 9-3 is red which he likes better than the back. He always calls it the "fast red car" which I find amusing.
I doubt that 3 full sized baby car seats would fit across in the back. I tried it in the Aero, just for grins, and they barely fit.
