...swiss army knife. I pull out the arm with the correct torx size needed to form a 90-degree angle, use the housing as my grip which is still holding the other size wrenches NOT in use, and turn. I've seen allen wrenches sold like this too. It sounds like someone may have gone bannanas with the locktite when the screws were last installed on yours if they are not coming out easily. I hope they are not tourqued down THAT tight without locktight; I think overtightening is bad -- blue locktite should be used in place of overtightening.
You can also try buying a torx bit and use a drill to remove them (in order to go easy on your hands), but I'm not sure if you'll get enough pressure to remove them.
