After sixteen days I'm back on the road in my 2001 Viggen Cv.

Performance Saab of Houston replaced the head with a new one from SaabCenter.com. They replaced the eight exhaust valve lifters. Add twelve hours labor, gaskets, oil, antifreeze, spark plugs, thermostat, etc., and my missed shift repair set me back $1860. Add another $150 or so for the rental car, tolls, fast food, etc. Expensive, yes, but a total bargain compared to just about any car I can think of. The Dodge Spirit R/T head is at least $3000 - bare! Imagine this same job on an M3!
