I bought my 9-3ss new from them a year ago.
So far, I've had some warranty work done as well as an oil change. I've had mixed experiences. On the one hand they're very friendly and do seem to want to go the extra mile to satisfy you. On the other hand, they are not very familar with the common problems on the 9-3ss. Twice I've had to bring in solutions to problems on which they were stumped that I found with 5 minutes of web searching. I was also displeased at the $89 charge for an oil change (I know the synthetic oil is expensive, but the labor charge seems outrageous to me).
I also get a bad taste from the monthly emails offering a "deal" on unnecessary service. It gives the impression that they make their money taking advantage of folks with more money than car sense.
At this point, I'd probably still go back (at least for warranty work) but only because they are in the town where I live. Even so, I may shop around a bit the next time I need service. I'm used to much better service from the local Toyota and Mazda dealers.
