the transmitter that i have has a 12V splice built into it. just one wire with an input and an output. does the power to the lighter only have one wire, unlike a 110V which has 2 wires? do i just unplug the wire from the lighter and into the transmitter and then the other end of the transmitter into the lighter and then connect the ground?
