Saab put out a service bulletin that tells you what needs to be done. The link to it is below. If those modifications don't do it, then your wheels' offset is wrong for a 225mm wide tire. I had big problems with the back tires on my NG900 with Abbott springs when I went to 225/45R17 tires. I had to grind a lot of plastic away before I could have people in the back seat. A Viggen rear bumper fixed everything, though.
