Rob: Great summation! I have not had any tire issues yet, but the front spoiler scraping is getting old. My next car will be test driven home to make sure there are no driveway issues. (I solved it be entering at an angle). That is a function more of the overhang than the actual height.
Dipping to the boost? Highway acceleration? Oh my yes! that is the best part. Get behind a semi at 60MPH on the highway, pull out to pass and floor it. You can hit 90 by the time you pass the cab of the truck (single trailer) -- all in silky smoothness. And the exhaust tone... By the way, over the highway, you an average 30+ mpg.
Brake rotors are a bit more than the normal 9-3, but not that bad. Cost out the brake parts on a Subaru STi, a Mits EVO, or other top end car like BMW or Mercedes performance models and you will shiver, compared to the Viggen.
