I responded to your original post. It sounds like you still have not had your car put on an alignment machine. So you still can't give specific numbers as to what is out where. It is really of little use to try and eyeball your car and determine if there is a problem.
Unless there is obvious damage to the suspension components that can be visually seen, I would think the most effective way to proceed is to have the car aligned, based on those results, if there is indeed a problem, try and analyse that specific problem.
If your indy shop is confident that they can eyeball your alignment I would ask them specifically what they are seeing and what change in what specific component has resulted in this condition. Personally if I went to a shop and they wanted to eyeball my alignment I'd run (not walk) to another shop.
I doubt if you are going to get any satisfaction from SaabUSA on a car that is out of warranty, 5 years old, not original owner and it doesn't sound like you can provide them with documented evidence that there is a problem
Good luck and i hope you'll keep us posted
