Hello.
I'm posting another past project & future project.

this picture contains installaion photo of 935VD (all-in one) unit.

Only flaw of this was. when you open LCD display, it touches wiper switch.

so, you have to put wiper switch on to int. position.
(then it barely opens with 1mm gap..)

Big brain box goes into over the globe box.(Since I installed
orignal SE amp , there were no space side of passenger side dash.
but if you have S grade, and no amp, there is good place to hide!)

I also used saab origanal (from tailiafero saab) installation kit.

At last, I installed PAX SWI-X universal steering control.

wiring was kind of tricky but finally it worked for this.

When I watch the west wing DVD, I can skip the sector & control the volume.

(Yes.. I'm west wing addict.I bought those DVD from england
Jed bartlet for the president~!!)

last right bottom picture is my 3 minutes photoshop work ^.^)

I'm trying to put 10.4 Touch panel on to classic 9-3 dash board.

SID will move into globe box as well as aftermarket headunit &

Laptop style slim cd-rom drive for car pc.
(tiny all-in-one mother board will be placed in globe box too.)

Im try to running GPS & OBD-II interface + G-sensors.

maybe watching DVD as well as mp3 too.

Oh.. thing has to be let go is one side vent.

passenger sident has to be closed since lack of space.

I got regular grey dash to do this.

I already bought m/b & 10.4"" touch panel (1024*768) LCD.

and measured, drawed.

only matter is lack of time (again) & skill to work with
fiberglass.

Since My girlfriend got 2000 (which installed 935VD),
I'll work with 2002.

Another headache is onstar.

I just activated free first year service on 2002.

(I really like onstar service.)

anyhow, I found PAC'S another new product, onstar interface.
but it looks like only works with certain GM models.
(Not saabs ..)

I ordered one of those. As soon as I got it,(maybe next week) try to figure out how to save onstar on my new configuration.

how do you guys think about this?

Maybe my HID project will be done end of next week.
computer project? who knows.. since I have all the parts ready.
it will be about two days job...

but.. too much things to think...
