Hello.
First, go to local autozone or advanceautoparts. they should carry strobo lights. otherwise, try e-bay.

and wiring those with additional switch gonna be very complicate.
If you don't have any idea, don't try it. At least asking local car audio shop about how to install those.

Second, it's not gonna be big problem except you cannot read time & date & temps. it's common problem with 9-3 and NG 900 SID (Even 9-5)
just ignore it or spend 300+ bucks to change it.

(Used one will not do any good, there 6 diffrent style out there right now. if you buy wrong one, you cannot program it.)
