I had heard that the five-spoke 17's that come stock on the Viggen are notoriously soft and bend easily, and now i have experienced that myself in the form of 4 bent wheels (minnesota pot holes and soft wheels are just not a good combination.)
My Question is: Do i just replace them with the same thing and hope they don't bend again for a while or do i invest something else? I would love the BBS CH's sold at genuinesaab.com but they are expensive and if i go to 18's wouldn't that also be susceptible to bending since there is left tire to obsorb the impact of a gigantic pot hole hidden in a puddle that stretches across the road?
Also, having a viggen I am in the market for new tires, any suggestions?
thanks.
