Yep, you have a B204 type engine. It also would have a red DI and T-5 fuel managment system. Only the Viggen had a B235 in 1999 in the 9-3. (At least in US). So the TSB would not apply to your car.
However, you could still have a malfuncitioning crankcase breathing system. The biggest culprit is the check valve from the throttle body to the nipple on the valve cover. It needs to be installed correctly so that turbo boost does not pressurize the crankcase. Also the valve fails and allows air to flow both ways which has the same results. Additionally, the check valve has been updated. The old one was gray/white. The new one is larger and all white. And don't forget the nipple at the throttle body and at the valve cover. I usually repace the nipple at the valve cover because it is so cheap.
