If you have done some 100s of "old" head gaskets (pre 97) and gotten a feel for what it should feel like to unbolt the head bolts, you would also say that these bolts are ridicously loose.
Also, I have seen that the really loose number 10 bolt are usually found on the B204 engine in the late 900 and early 9-3 cars.
The B205/235 engines have a more even looseness of all bolts.
