Congrats on buying a great car.
The Goodridge SS brakelines are carried by several of the Saab vendors linked to this site and they are worth it IMNHO. I have been using the Pagid carbon/ceramic pads on my 2K Viggen and I think they are great. I have not done any track days with them however and when I do I plan to get a set of Porterfield race/auto-X pads. I also plan to duct some air to the rotors.
The stock brakes are quite good and if you are only doing an occasional track day you might want to try them before making a change. My stock rotors were gone before 50K miles and I went with the Group9/KVR rotors. They are the stock size but lighter and stronger. They also cost 2X stock rotors but so far I think they are worth it.
