I have never had this on a Saab, but on my Mitsubishi pickup, my VW Scirocco and our Honda Accord it meant a clogged A/C condenser drain tube. Most likely leaves, whirlygigs (maple seeds), or even dust or dog hair. We had all at one time or another.
I do not know where the fresh air filter on the Saab system is so I might be wrong on the substance, but it is definitely a clog.
