Strange observation of CPO 9^3

Hi,

I was loking at some CPO 2002 9^3 at a dealer lot and took a closer look at the one which seemed to fit what we need. Then I noticed that one of the wipers (passanger side) is a bit out of phase (sits higher), the right turn indicator is fogged inside and, --- the most ugly thing --- the front fender on the same side seems ot sit noticeably higher than the door. As it was 7MP, there was nobody to ask already there, but, if it wouldn't be a CPO, this would clearly indicate the car was in some kind of an accident. Can such a car be certified?..

But then I checked the other two 2002 9^3 there and they also have similar fender-door height misalignment, though maybe at a lesser degree. I have never really taken a close look at these cars before, so is this a known pecularity, some kind of system error at the manufacturing stage (would be hard to believe though)?

Any thoughts?
