You can use the valves from the NG900 94 non turbo spare head.
But you need to take a crash course in how to use a valve compressor and get the valve keepers out of their groove to disassembly the valves and springs.
You also need to lap the spare valves to the seat to make sure they make good contact.
It seems that you are not afraid of taking the "long road" to complete engine repairs instead of paying someone so you might pull it off if given time.
Otherwise I would suggest to take both heads to a machine shop and have them do the work.
