I am not Dean, but have been through this.
How long have you had this car and did this always react like this? Front end components, strut mounts, control arm bushings and struts will begin to show signs of deterioration at 100 k, on some cars that have seen rougher roads or on 94-95 models the front end may be trashed at 100k. Your car will never ride well (not a trait of these cars, especially the vert), but at your mileage replacement of these critical parts will definitely improve things.
You may want to do what I did, take your car to a reputable shop and have your front end checked and aligned or check front strut mount condition by observing the amount of movement while turning the wheel back and forth and observing for caracks or seperation in rubber. My front end guy came out and shook his head saying he could not align my 94 SE at 136k because the mounts and bushings were shot. Sure enough one mount was cracked 360 degrees the other about 270. The replacement, along with struts made a big difference. It is never gonna ride like an Audi A8L though.
DO NOT USE SCAN TECH OR KYB STRUT MOUNTS (dont ask how I know this). Stick with OEM Saab units.
