No sorry I do not but I can tell you how do it.
Before let me tell you that you need to do it ASAP, your belt is at risk of burning.
The procedure is simple.
Loose the belt by putting a squared wrench in the provided hole and put a 6 mm drill point in the hole (5 mm will be easier).
Take the belt off and raise the car.
Unscrew the bolt holding the plastic bottom (sorry I do not know the right term in english) of the car on the passenger side.
This will let you access the compressor.
Look at it and you will see a small bolt on the center of the clutch plate. (it is the part that attracted by the magnet stuck un the pulley)
Undo the bolt holding the clucth with your hand or a something that may help you. ( if you are going to change the whole clutch you do not need to worry about damaging it)
Behind the plate there is a spacer, do not trow it away it will be nedded later.
Once the bolt is off, the plate will come out easy. Notice that the plate hole is made with many lines and a spot without lines. This you will need to watch for, when reassamblying the new plate.
Now you can look behind the plate and what you see is the coil (the eletromagnet).
Look iside the coil and you will see an elastic metal ring with holes at both ends (we call it seeiger in Italy). With opening pointed plyers, you take it off.
The coil will be so released and remains attached by the wire.
The wire will go behind a metal part that bends easy. Do not cut the wire, bend it up and take the wire off. Undo the wire and take a look at how the plug connection is made.
Now the pulley.
The pulley is secured on place with another "seeiger". Undo it with the pointed plyers.
Here comes the most difficult part because you may damage the compressor.
Help yourself with two big and robust flat screwdriver and operate behind the pulley trying to make it sliding of it's support toward you.
Work carefully beacuse you will need to put force on the compressor body.
Little movements with the screwdrivers positioned at 180 degress will, with patience, estract the pulley.
Actually it is not a problem for the pulley itself, you are going to substitute it togheter with the bearing, the problem is to not damage the compressor body.
Once you have your pulley off you are 70% done.
Put some light grease on the bearing of the new pulley, and with a plastic hammer put it on it's support carefully taking care of positioning the pulley centered on the support. If you do it well at the beginning it will be impossible to assemble it wrongly or misplaced.
From this point on it is just a reverse procedure.
The only thing I may point out is that the "seeiger" will not be easy to put back. It's like you need three hands. If you have a spare one it is going to be helpfull, if not, be patient.
Help yourself with a screwdriver pushing the "seeiger" while keeping it open with the plyers. If you can make it bracing the support then do not use the plyers again but simply and carefully push it unitil it clicks in is's side.
When you put the plate back, measure the space left between the pulley and the plate, it must be less then 0,8 mm. If it is higher, adjust changing the spacer placed on the compressor shaft. (I got two with different thickness with the new clutch assembly from bostoncompressor)
Attached an image showing how to release the belt (fig n°2).
It will be easyer if you undo the filter box before, but I did it without taking it off.
ciao
